The app shows no departures for my route

Check that you have the correct date and station selected. Some routes have limited or no service on weekends and holidays. If the issue persists, please contact us.

What do the occupancy percentages mean?

Occupancy data is available for today's departures and shows the approximate percentage of seats taken. Green means plenty of space, orange is moderately full, and red means the ferry is nearly at capacity.

Is the app available offline?

The app requires an internet connection to fetch schedules and live departure data.

How do I change the language?

The app uses your device language by default. It supports English, Portuguese, and Russian.
